These terms govern your use of Roots Academy's tutoring services and website. Please read them carefully before enrolling or booking.

By enrolling in any Roots Academy class, booking a free demo, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Roots Academy provides live online tutoring for IGCSE, O-Level, and A-Level students. Classes are delivered via video call and supported by recorded replays, practice materials, and feedback. The specific structure of each programme is confirmed at enrolment.

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment for the agreed term or package. Fees are non-refundable unless a class is cancelled by Roots Academy. Payment plans, where available, must be honoured in full.

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and engage respectfully with teachers and peers. Roots Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a class without refund if conduct is repeatedly disruptive.

If Roots Academy cancels a session, we will reschedule it or provide a recorded replacement. Students who miss sessions without prior notice are not entitled to a make-up class. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for absences where possible.

All materials provided — including lesson recordings, notes, past-paper solutions, and practice sheets — are the intellectual property of Roots Academy. They may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Roots Academy's liability in connection with these services is limited to the fees paid for the affected sessions. We are not liable for exam outcomes, university admissions decisions, or any indirect loss.

We may update these terms periodically. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
